We have to count the number of CD4 and CD8 cells in patients with CLL. Some of these patients have over 95%
B-cells. The CD3/4 and 3/8 positive cells are very few (<30 events in 45 000 count). Anyone been there before?
What is the lowest number that one can report with presumed accuracy?
Many thanks for your insight.
