We usually used optical grade acetone on a folded lens tissue held with
plastic forceps. Each tissue is used only once and is wiped across the
brewster window in a brisk manner. Its probably worth getting some one to
show you this if you havn't done it before. Our Spectra Physics engineers
would use calcium carbonate paste during their maintenance visits and I
think it did come in the cleaning kit. If the tube pressure is OK then
cleaning the Brewster windows and mirrors should restore the power to spec.
