batch analysis of data files

Dear Colleagues

Currently our flow lab uses mousekeys on Lysys II for automated analysis of data
files. This method works reasonably well and is easy to use.

Soon, we will be upgrading our FACScans to CELLQUEST and I was wondering how
automated data analysis is done on this software. Is ATTRACTORS a popular
option or are there other solutions? Is anyone using QUICKKEYS?

I will gladly post a summary of all responses to the list.

Thank you very much.
