Thanks to all (Sawyer, Huard, Shankey, Marti, Bahjati...) who responded
to my inquiry re. ploidy analysis and the proper way to use
standards/diploid controls. I have one more question: any suggestions on
where I can acquire trout RBC's ? I've contacted one company, Lampire
Biologicals, but the acquisition of this reagent seems way too complicated
and involved. Know any other companies selling trout RBC's ?
