Does anyone have a reference for NK viability. We have seen NK
staining varibility with age especially >24 hrs. Generally decreased
staining intensity is seen and lower percentage of NK cell.
We normally receive specimens in lithium heparin and process within
24 - 48 hrs. We stain with CD56-PE.
