I have put together a series of web pages which provide protocols for the conjugations of FITC, PE,
Cy5PE, Cy7PE, Texas Red, APC, Cy7APC, Cascade Blue, and Biotin to immunoglobulins, as well as a few
of these to Annexin V (as a model for conjugation of non-Ig proteins). Some of the pages are still
"under construction", but it is reasonably complete.

The site can be accessed through the URL:

For those of you who brave this site, please give me feedback! (In particular, mistakes, typos,
suggestions for clarity, additions, etc.!)

I have only put in protocols that are tried and tested in our lab.
