Yes, R123, PE, and PI all work simultaneously. Compensation R123/PE is less
(typically) than with FITC/PE.

Has anyone sorted hematopoetic stem cells using rhodamine123 and another
color like PE, FITC etc off an Argon laser? What kind of compensation
problems should one expect? Any references out there?
