To all those interested in a flow cytometry position in a core facility,
the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology is posting the following
position.

Technical Assistant to work closely with lab manager in the MIT Flow
Cytometry Core Facility. Primary duty is the operation and maintenance
of a modern Becton Dickinson sorting flow cytometer. This position will
involve one on one interactions with the research staff designing
experiments and developing new protocols. Experience in flow cytometry
and computer systems desirable.

The successful candidate will have a B.A.,B.S. in a biological science,
strong instrumentation skills, a high degree of independence, a strong
work ethic, and the ability to work well with diverse personalities. A
two year commitment preferred.
