RE: nozzle vs particle size

Be aware that the larger the nozzle, the slower the max sort rate (and the
larger the sheath tank!). We have shown that it is possible to sort 95 um
pollen with a 155 um tip, with sort efficiencies >80%, if you employ a long
enough undulation wavelength and take care in alignment. A full description
can be found in Cytometry 8:60-70 (1987).
