Hi to the list

A colleague has a need to perform phagocytosis assays using yeast
and/or bacteria using a macrophage cell line. Does anyone have
experience with performing these assays using flow cytometry
particulary with respect to distinguishing attached but not
phagocytosed organisms. Any advice, references would be appreciated.

Thanks
