For all of you who replied to my message about availibility on anti-Fas-L that
is conjugated, I would again like to say thanks. You were a big help. To those
of you who requested that I write up a summary of my findings in the last few
weeks, I would like to apologize for the delay in my doing so. A summary
follows.

Pharmingen has a mouse anti-human CD95 antibody conjugated to either
FITC or PE. PE-CD95 is catalog number 33455X. They have a web site at
www.pharmingen.com. A sales representitive from Pharmingen also wrote about this
antibody and informed me that it was biotinylated, thus requiring another
step. It's clone is NOK1. She also indicated that Pharmingen has two new anti-Fas
L antibodies in development that should be released soon. One is against human,
the other against mouse. I received a message that Amersham has an anti-Fas L
mo-antibody. The writer was not sure if it was cojugated or not. The final
message referred me to Immunotech who makes several monoclonal anti-FAS
antibodies. The UB2 is conjugated with FITC(1506) or PE(1739).

I hope this all helps.
Thanks,
Matt King
