Hi y'all
I have noticed an increase in intensity of staining with PI when cells are
infected with both CMV and HIV, I assumed this to be mostly due to
chromatin changes causing more DNA to be accessable to the dye, infected
cells are morphologically different with bigger nuclei. Maybe the
cytogenetics lab could shed some light on this individuals disease.
Interested to hear the outcome.
