Ruedi,
You should have no analysis problems for cells fixed with 1%
paraformaldehyde for a period of up to 2 weeks, as long as their kept
at 4C. We've been analyzing paraformaldehyde-fixed mouse bone marrow
cells over that period with no apparent loss of signal.
