Hi Bjarne,
There was a paper on PCR-Driven flow cytometry in Science (november
1993 I think), where the researchers claim that they could detect singly
infected cells. I'm afraid that I'm in the process of moving house (I hope),
and my copy of the paper is in a pile of boxes, so I can't give you too
much detailed information, I hope that this is enough to go on.
