Hi everybody
My question was actually regarding anti mouse immunoglobulin
antibodies conjugated to a third colour, not anti mouse
antibodies. Pharmingen do only some of their isotype
controls in cy-chrome. Using an epics-xl I actually want to
look at skin derived cells which have a high
autofluorescence. With the green autofluorescence I can
comfortably compensate the red autofluorescence down in the
first decade whilst I do not feel to good about doing it the
other way round and I would like to avoid having to use the
HENE on the epics elite.
Thanks to all who responded so far
