Hello, does anyone know how to quench autofluorescence in cells (specifically
liver cells)??? Presumably because our cells are hepatocytes and they were
fixed in paraformaldehyde, they have very high autofluorescence and is making
the detection of FITC labeling very difficult. Thanks for help.
