Dear Lori,
We get bone marrows from a hematologist who removes the megakaryocytes before
he passes the marrows to us. He does this for ITP studies where anti-platelet
antibodies are involved..I know he uses Percoll.
You try your local haematologist, for ideas on any standard method and then,
after 2 weeks I will try mine, Prof Beng Chong, who is out of contact for a
fortnight.
Let me know how you go.
