Megakaryocyte Sorting

One of our research labs asked whether we could sort dog bone marrow
for megakaryocytes on our FACStar PLUS. Has anyone done this? If so,
what nozzle tip size did you use? What kinds of frequencies were you
using with that nozzle? Any specific prep requirements?

Are there better options than flow? We are trying to cut down on the
manual labor involved in finding/collecting the cells while
maintaining the best environment for them.

Thanks for your help.

Lorie
