Cyto Listers-
I am about to embark on trying to stain transgenic mouse lymphocytes
carrying a b-galactocidase reporter gene with FDG for sorting. I could use
advice, protocols, and/or encouragement from people who have used this
successfully in mouse cells especially primary transgenic immune cells.

I am purchasing the FDG from Molecular Probes. Any help would be useful.

Thanks in advance,
