In response to the question posed regarding Immunotech, I am pleased to
confirm that Immunotech has joined the Coulter family of companies as of
June 27th, 1995 through Coulter Corporation's purchase of Immunotech S.A.

Immunotech S.A. and its subsidiaries will remain as independent Coulter
companies with their own research, manufacturing, and distribution
organizations. Coulter Corporation will sell Immunotech's flow cytometry
associated products under the Immunotech label. Immunotech's line of
immunoassay kits along with Coulter's retrovirology products will be sold by
Immunotech.

The union of these two companies will assure an extensive flow of new and
innovative products for the flow cytometry community.
