Mikael,

Current versions of CellQuest do not store instrument settings in the file
header as did Lysys II. This pesky design flaw is in the process of being
remedied. Unfortunately, in the meantime, your file settings have probably
drifted into the ether unless you specifically saved them as instrument
settings during the acquisition process. Que sera..................
