I currently operate a Cell Sorter Core Facility at Duke University Medical
Center in the Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology and
Immunology and have done so for nearly six years. I oversee and coordinate
all facility activities on a daily basis. The facility is equipped with a
FACStar Plus which I use to assist 20-30 investigators with a diverse array
of projects. In particular, I am quite adept at rare event as well as
extensive bulk sorting using up to three fluorochromes. Additional
capabilities include DNA cell cycle analysis, studies of apoptosis, calcium
flux determinations and single cell sorting. I also assist and consult
with principle investigators with respect to protocol development. I am
responsible for all project scheduling, client billing as well as short and
long term archival data management. In addition, I have developed a highly
successful automated version of MouseTRACKS using PC-Lysys (something which
Becton Dickinson has had difficulty doing).

Potential employers, if interested, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you.

Sincerely,

Gilbert Radcliff
