PNH patient by flow cytometry

Robert Rainer writes about examining CD59 on cells from a patient with PNH.
We regularly do a flow cytometry panel on patients with suspected PNH. Both
erythrocytes and leukocytes are labelled with the usual immunophenotype
markers and with mAb to CD55, CD58, and CD59. If you are interested in
sending the samples to us, you can call 203-785-2438 and ask to speak with
the flow technologist.
