Annexin V

Please excuse my butting in: I'm new on this list and caught the tail end
of a thread which mentioned Annexin V as a marker of apoptosis. I have
hunted for a reference to tell me more and drawn a blank. Can anyone come
up with a method reference for this marker? We are about to try the
tunnel method, and it would be useful to have a backup method as a
confirmation.
Thanks in advance,
