I have received several responses to my request for short cuts in TdT testing.

Many thanks. They are all interesting, informative and diverse. I will
tabulate them over the week end and release to the news group.

TWO QUESTIONS:

1. ARE THERE ANY OFFICIAL GUIDELINES (NCCLS, ASCP, CAP etc) FOR DOING TdT?

2. THE CONTROL CELL LINES FOR TdT: DO YOU KEEP THEM GOING IN CULTURE, OR DO
YOU FREEZE THEM IN SMALL ALIQUOTS, IN SINGLE USE CRYOVIALS?
