Anti FITC Antibody kills fluorescence ???

Well it's me again, just on another subject, have been asked if the
available Anti FITC antibodies kill FITC fluorescence after binding to FITC
(I have no idea if or if not) ??? For example if one stains with a FITC
coupled antibody and then comes with Anti FITC coupled to PE, can you see
both fluorescences or is the FITC green gone ??
