We have had similar problems with FACSnet on our HP 340s hanging up
intermitently. Someone from BD suggested that the Master page keeps hooks
into some of the files necessary to run the FACSnet software, sometimes.
Therefore, if FACSnet is started from the operating system command line, the
problem doesn't occur.

Does anyone really test software before they sell it?
