Response to Frank on the FACSnet failing to connect....

I have occasional problems here with FACSnet failing to connect. There may
be a timeout set on FACSnet for it to abort when it fails which may be set
very long; I'd check with BD.
Alternatively, you may have an IP address conflict, where another workstation
in your net has the same IP, and you occasionally conflict. Check with your
net admin on this.
Justt some quickie thoughts.
