But...

Since the spillover of tandems into FL1 is due to unquenched PE emission, as
long as you are doing proper compensation between PE and FITC (FL2 to FL1) as
well as the tandem and PE (FL3 to FL2), then there cannot be any uncorrected
spillover between FL3 and FL1.
