Paul J: We routinely use PerCP as a third fluorochrome in our
FACScan. It works beautifully. There is virtually no need for
compensation as the PerCP emits at 670 and almost none of it gets
picked up by the FL2 detectors. You still have to compensate the PE
out of FL3.

Therefore, it stands to reason that if PerCP doesn't get into FL2, it
isn't going into FL1.

With some of the tandem conjugates for FL3, I have to compensate 5 to
15% to get them out of FL2 and may see spill over into FL1.
