Yes. . .but have you tried it? In my hands, paraform, EM-grade
formaldehyde, and bargain-basement formalin give consistantly the same
results. In this day of cost-cutting and cutbacks, with folks talking
of the expense of isotype controls as justification for elimination of
these potentially useful controls, shouldn't we be considering this?

I'm no advocate for formalin. . .I believe we should do what works, not
just what has "always been done". . .bottom line; it's your time and
money.
