Dear collegues,

we would like to establish in the very next future flow cytometric
analysis (FACScan, one laser) of lymph node specimens from patients
suffering from malignant lymphomas. We are interested of the following
parameters:

i) Three colour flow cytometric analysis
ii) Combined Pan B-reagent antibody and DNA staining
iii) DNA/RNA staining
iv) Lymph node specimen preparation - SOP's ??

If someone could send us brief information regardig these topics we
would be more than happy! Thank you very much in advance.
