IgM antibodies and ugly histos

Some IgM antibodies have the nasty property of cryoprecipitation...when
stored at 4=B0 C. for short periods of time (like overnight), they form larg=
e
multimers that might give the observed messy histograms. A short
high-speed spin will remove aggregates, but you will then need to use much
higher concentrations of the deaggregated antibody, and the same problem
will recur the next time you store the antibody.
