The phenotype sounds typical of T- LGL LPD which has variable expression
of CD56,57 and 16. Have you checked the morphology of the cells to see
if they are large granular lymphocytes? We usually follow up with gene
rearrangement anaylsis for TCR beta and gamma to confirm clonality.
