Actually, MFI does not calculate the ratio of two parameters at present.
If the ratio has already been calculated by the acquisition software,
MFI will plot the median ratio vs. time (or event number) as a line plot
in addition to the usual dot plots. And of course no ratio is needed for
fluo-3 work. Nobody has asked for parameter ratio but I don't think it
would be hard to add to MFI if someone thinks it would be useful.
