Greeting to everyone, am i glad to finaly meet people interested by flow
cytometry!

I tought that someone migth be able to help me, so here i am asking your
help!

I've been looking all around to find a flow cytometric technic to
assess lipid peroxidation in cells suspension. Does anyone know of such
technics ? I know that you can load cells with parinaric fatty acid and
then measure the loss of fluorescence along with the peroxydation process,
but i cant use this approach. You see my protocol requires that i measure
an index of peroxidation in ex-vivo cells treated in-vivo with a
pro-oxidant compound. Help me please! Tell me where to look !!!

Thank you.
