As recommended by N.J. Goulding, I read with great interest Koopman's 1994
paper in Blood about surface staining apoptotic cells with annexin-FITC.
I was wondering if anyone has tried this in conjunction with
fluorescent immunophenotyping as a way of identifying which classes
of lymphocytes are undergoing apoptosis?
I am thinking of using the annexin-FITC along with various PE and CyChrome
labelled CD markers. Any comments or suggestions?
