removal of IgG from fc receptors

Removal of IgG from Fc receptors can be accomplished in one of
two ways: 1) use low pH (3-4) as another respondant replied, or
2) use warm washes. This is less toxic to the cells. Incubate
cells for 30 min at 37 degrees C in media with 10% fetal calf
serum. Then wash 2-3 times by centrifugation with the same
warmed media.
