Hi,
Does anyone have any protocols for preparing insect heamalymph(?)
for flow cytometric analysis?
More specifically a user here wants to analysis the chromosomes
present in cells in the heamalymph. We have some flow experience with insect
cell lines used for investigating ion channels but no expertise in insect
chromosome work, so any information at all would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Geoff
