Changing the R6G in a 599 dye laser

Hello,

I would like to hear from those of you who have had experience changing the
rhodamine 6G dye in a Coherent 599 dye laser. I have a FACS Vantage sorter.
Any tips, tricks and things to watch out for would be very helpful.
