I use the commercial program MulticycleAV and it's only about 1,000 times better
that than Cellfit. It can analyze real data (from almost ANY instrument) on
which Cellfit chokes.
Here's the bad news: It costs about $1,000 US

Dear Flow-Pros

Does anyone know of a LYSYS-like program for PCs which will allow cell cycle
analysis of list mode data from HP FACScans. If so, would such a program be
available at any ftp site? I am currently using the CELLFIT program which is
adequate but not PC compatible, and printed plots look awful!

Help would be much appreciated
