I wholeheartedly agree that a formal workshop for core managers
should be scheduled for the Rimini Congress. The issues are diverse, as
are the personalities, equipment etc. What we all have in common is the
mandate to provide cytometric expertise and quality data to our users.
There is no one good answer to how to do this, as we all operate under
widely varying regimes and conditions. It is in this light that I found
the initial give and take at the Lake Placid Congress so invigorating.
Lots of good ideas, comments, and suggestions. Its alway good to confer,
converse and otherwise hobnob with my fellow wizards!!
