I am running a core cytometry facility here in Montpellier. I have been asked
to analyze blood samples from patients with AIDS. These samples are treated
with OptiLyse solution from Immunotech which contains formaldehyde 3.4%.
Is this treatment adequate for a core cytometry facility?
