To all;

Does anyone know if double stain of membrane protein and nuclear protien is
possible?

I am trying simultanous double stain of membrane protein and DNA polymerase
alpha. Antibody for membrane protein is conjugated with biotin, so it is
detectable by avidin-Texas Red. Antibody for DNA polymerase alpha is
conjugated with FITC. So I think double stain is possible in theory, but
the biggest problem is fixtaion. I cannot find such articles about it.

Any information is welcome. Thank you.
