apoptosis positive control

More on the apoptosis issue...

One of our post-docs here, enal razvi, has another positive control for
apoptosis:

"the Mike Lenardo Effect"

Take any mouse Th-1 clone (like A.E7 responsive to PCC on I-Ek).

Grow in IL-2 and then put on aCD3 coated plate.

The next morning the majority of the cells undergo apoptosis.
