RE: NK marker in A/J mice

In responce to the NK query...we have had goo success with the WAKO anti-
AsialoGM1, on most strains. It does target other cell types, though,
so you have to combine with CD3 as a two-color, or MAC1 for monocytes.
This is best anyway, since these populatiuons are fairly dynamic in most
cases. The NK population will be the brightest expressing CD3+ or MAC1-
population. We have also tried an NK1.1 antibody (personal source), but
had little success, and have heard others with similar results.
