Solar or Actinic Keratosis

I have been approached by a colleague to perform flow cytometric analyses
(DNA ploidy, SPF, Ki-67, PCNA) on wax sections of solar (also known as
actinic) keratosis. Has anyone had any experience (or knows of references)
with this tissue?
