Hi,
I'm new to this list, so I hope these are appropriate questions:

Does anyone know where I can obtain an antibody to the human IL-8 Receptor
for use in Flow cytometry?

If I can't find an antibody, I have an alternate idea:
1. incubate cells with IL-8
2. Incubate cells with polyclonal Rabbit anti-IL-8 antibody
3. Incubate cells with with FITC-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit antibody
--Does anyone have any experience with this type of approach to label any
receptor molecule?

Thanks in advance.
