Professor Hiromitsu Nakauchi is now working at Tsukuba University.
But he also has lab. in RIKEN even now.
His main theme is (1) Purification and characterization of the
hematopoietic stem cell, (2) Understanding of the molecular
mechanism involved in the commitment and differentiation of the
hematopoietic stem cells and (3) Establishment of a model for gene
therapy (from Annual Reports of Reserch Activities 1993 RIKEN).
