Peter, the reason for the inability to upgrade from 2.x is that there is
something goofy with some licensing arrangement. there will be a newer version
that includes win-os2 in a couple of months. BTW, a full recompile of a
friend's large program using the Borland C++ compiler for windoze is 2+minutes
under Chicago, and 3:20 minutes under warp. Pretty good considering it was off
a FAT partition, and using Win3.11, slow as molasses code.
